Henk Feijen is an experienced leader with a strong background in finance, operations, and change management. Throughout his career, he has held various roles at organizations such as KPMG, Arriva, and Scania. Although Henk has not previously worked within an agricultural environment, he does have an affinity with the sector. In his youth, he spent several years working for a table potato grower.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board Johan Barendregt stated: 'After a thorough selection process, we are very pleased that Henk will join our growing cooperative as CFO. We are fully confident that he will be a great fit for Agrico in terms of personality and will be a strong addition to our executive team.'

Earlier this year, following constructive consultation between the Supervisory Board and the executive team, Agrico decided to move to a two-member executive board structure. Both roles carry equal responsibility, with a balanced and complementary division of portfolios. CEO Mark Zuidhof is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic vision, general leadership, and the operational performance of the organization, and will serve as the more public face of Agrico. CFO Henk Feijen will focus internally, overseeing financial policy, risk management, and sustainable and transparent business operations.
