Jacky at the Nobel Prize Banquet

Once again, a potato variety from Agrico was given the honour of being served at the Nobel Prize Banquet. Last year, the main course was accompanied by the variety Aztec Gold and this year it was Jackys' turn to have had the privilege of being selected as a side dish.
 
The potatoes, grown at Ljungs Slott in Östergötland, Sweden, were part of the main course consisting of: turbot with scallop, roasted celeriac glazed with lovage, served alongside butter-poached potatoes and pearl onions.
 
The potatoes were supplied by Agrico Nordic’s customer, Östra Fornås Lantbruk, who also provided the photograph. They were very proud: “For us, this was not only a great honour, but also a recognition of the care, hard work, quality and dedication we put into our work every day.”
